Tips to Stay Young n Happy Always.

1. Throw out nonessential numbers.

This includes age, weight, and height.

Let the doctors worry about them..

That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends.

The grouches pull you down.

(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)

3. Keep learning:

Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever.

Never let the brain get idle.

'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'

And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

And if you have a friend who makes you laugh,

spend lots and lots of time with him or her!

6. The tears happen:

Endure, grieve, and move on.

The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself.

LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love:

Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.

Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:

If it is good, preserve it.

If it is unstable, improve it.

If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.

Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country,

but NOT to where the guilt is

10. Tell the people you love that you love them,

at every opportunity.

11. Love God with all your heart

but...the conclusion that i can make after watched this movie is...
story very fake....well so please don't watch it!!!

we went to GLAD SOUND book shop...
wow...have been so long did't visit christian book shop!!
went there 1st thing to ask...
hillsong new album available???
answer : SOLD OFF!!!
my reaction???----SAD!!!
anyway...continue to search for book that i want...
read around the corner...
while others look for stickers...
em...over looking at the corner of spiritual life book...
relationship book....
finally the sale boy recommended this book to me!!

haha!!!well...read the contents...
em...really a great book....
cost me RM45!!!but i think i can use to help others!!

and here's my 2nd book...
previously faced lots of problems...
well...especially in academic!!!
hope this book will guide me how to continue from the WRONG!!

very sad...
cause of many reasons...
they still very young...like me...
they just having Fun...but...
they just wanted to enjoy...but...
they haven know Christ...but...
now...they gone!!!
Rest in peace...even i don't know all of you

well...maybe some of you will scold me...
this have been longtime ago...

but previously have no mood to write...

during holidays...

well...last night went to Rakan Muda sport complex...
have a great time with friends...
playing badminton together...
have been long i did not play badminton...
haiz...really not a sport girl...
i don't really like to make myself wet...
even i like to get wet...
ha...confuse huh....anyway..is good for me!!!
need to make our body strong huh!!!
LOL....
the result is...this morning...my body....
whole body....PAINED!!!!
em...this had showed...
I REALLY TO DO FREQUENT SPORT!!!!

last plate can't finish...

but we do have great time together...

well...i'm movie crazy fan...
my great hobby is watching movie and drama...
if my body allow i can just watch for few days non-stop..
em..thinking whether one day i can have the challenge for this
well...there have a lot of this struggle for...
too many things happen to me...
yet i can't even react with what is actually happening to me...

peoples always hope to have another new chance...
and that's same to me too...
i always wanted to have a greater chance to make changes...
to make things better
but is it really will be??
that is the question...!!!

human being is very natural...
last night attended committees meeting
and Thanks God ...
really see improvement within us...
is a great things to be share..
great one to make changes...
cause we need to change to make our self better...
become the hero!!!

well...recently i started to watched this drama
Heroes....
is one of my favourite Drama...
last year i watched season 1 and 2...
and now season 3...
i am so admire peoples who acted inside this drama...
they are all so awesome...
wow...people who wrote this story was awesome too..
i love the story very much!!!~~

you know...my 1st story book is ALICE IN WONDERLAND..
and both me and my sister was the great leader for this story...
even we can sing the song of this story...
and i still remember the story book cover is in RED color...
lose this book when i move to johor...
anyway...i wanted to get all my childhood memory from this movie...
again...to recall all my wonderful memory!!!
yeah!!! high expectation!!!
