these are all common thgs to c when u wan to lead a grp, no surprise, cannot avoid, cannot escape~ even we r all disciples in Christ...
i hv experienced tat before, n tat's a memory tat i would not want to remember if i hv a choice~ haha, coz they hurts me lots...
today i went for spa interview, about my posting actually... n there is a guy, he told me tat, when u r in tis position(dental officer), who u will b d 1 to lead, sometimes u nid to cover all d thgs.... staffs, resources, communities u hv to serve, treatments u can gv and so on, u hv to take k of them all, bcoz tis whole clinic will b supervised by u alone~ when it comes wif shortcomings, u nid to apply d budget n materials needed, n u know la, government sometimes wont response to u 1... but at least u tried to do ur work, some others dont even bother~ u may blame others, blame here and there, but if we ourselves dint do anythg, then who should be blamed?
haha, i know is different situation... but d concept i wan to bring is d same... jz do wat we can do, tat's all~ whenever i think bk, i'm thinking mayb i shouldnt frustrated so easily, mayb i shud communicate more wif d ppl although they r so discouraging enough~ ppl only care for themselves, actually i saw d different principles tat they hold on(i'll do tis here, but not thr...) so @#$%^&* dunno how to express~
